Refund & Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.
0114-Day Return Guarantee
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return for any reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
02 No Return or Handling Fees
We do not charge any return or handling fee. The only cost the customer covers is the return shipping label. We recommend a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
03 How to Start a Return
Email contact@aloften.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not ship items back before receiving instructions.
04 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
05 Non-Returnable Items
Final-sale items, gift cards, and any item worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
06 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact contact@aloften.com within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including return shipping — at no cost to you.
07 Order Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it hasn’t shipped. Once shipped, the standard 14-day return process applies.
08 Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated window, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier and resolve it with a replacement or full refund.
