Everything you need to know about how and when your Aloften order ships.
01 Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required — the price you see is the price you pay.
02 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
03Delivery Times
We ship across the United States. Estimated times begin from the date of shipment, not the order date. Total time to receive an order = processing time + transit time.
- Processing: 1–3 business days
- Transit (United States): 7–10 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to carriers, weather, or peak seasons. Tracking is included in your shipping confirmation email.
04 Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on every order. There are no hidden fees at checkout.
05 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking to update. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.
06 Sales Tax
Any applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout where required.
07 Multiple Shipments
If you order several items, they may ship separately and arrive on different dates. You won’t be charged extra for split shipments.
08 Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot an error, email contact@aloften.com immediately and we’ll try to correct it before dispatch.
